We tested the relevant indices of cigarette adhesive for filter tipping, filter plug, cigarette paper and tipping paper in different environmental conditions of temperature and humidity. The results indicated that the viscosity of cigarette adhesive for filter tipping increased with the decreasing temperature, and in winter the hardness of filter plug reached the largest and its moisture the smallest, while in summer the results was exactly opposite. At the same temperature with the increasing humidity, the air permeability of cigarette paper declined, yet the moisture of cigarette paper and tipping paper showed an upward trend, while the tensile strength did not change significantly.
