Discussion on Increasing Security Level of Tobacco as Raw Material
In term of the basic policy and strategy for “cigarette advance” in China tobacco industry, the author analyze the current tobacco production status, explore the major issues with regard to cigarette raw material security, and suggest the countermeasures to improve the level of raw material guarantee.
