烤煙品種耐寒性及相關(guān)生理指標(biāo)的研究

摘要: 采用8 ℃和5 ℃低溫脅迫處理,對烤煙品種NC82,、K326,、RG11、V2,、紅花大金元的生長量,、耐寒性、葉綠素含量,、根系活力、電解質(zhì)滲漏率和丙二醛含量進(jìn)行了研究,。結(jié)果表明,,紅花大金元的抗寒性較強(qiáng),NC82,、RG11次之,,K326、V2較差,。對各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)間相關(guān)性分析表明,,冷害指數(shù)與丙二醛含量、根系活力,、葉綠素含量之間呈極顯著相關(guān),,與細(xì)胞膜透性之間呈顯著相關(guān);細(xì)胞膜透性與丙二醛含量之間呈極顯著相關(guān),。根系活力,、葉綠素含量,、丙二醛含量和電解質(zhì)滲漏率是烤煙抗寒性鑒定的有效指標(biāo)。Abstract: The experiment was carried out with five flue-cured tobacco varieties to study the changes of growth, chill tolerance, chlorophyll content, root activity, cell membrane permeability, and content of MDA under the condition of 8℃ and 5℃. The results showed that variety Hongda demonstrated the highest tolerance to chill, followed by NC82, RG11, K326 and V2, subsequently. The chilling injury indices had highly significant correlation with MDA content, root activity, chlorophyllous content, respectively, and significant correlation with cell membrane permeability, which had highly significant correlation with MDA content. The physiological indices could be effective in evaluation of flue-cured tobacco resistance to chilling.
