    Change of Chemical Component Contents of Redried Lamina in Aging

    • 摘要: 研究了8個產(chǎn)區(qū)14個烤煙復(fù)烤煙葉樣品自然陳化7~51個月期間煙葉總糖、還原糖,、煙堿和總氮含量變化,,結(jié)果表明,隨著陳化時間增加,,總糖,、還原糖,、煙堿和總氮含量逐步降低;南方產(chǎn)區(qū)糖降低幅度高于北方產(chǎn)區(qū),,上部煙葉糖含量下降幅度高于中部煙葉,;總氮對陳化期間感官質(zhì)量變化影響最大。

       

      Abstract: The changes of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen of 14 redried lamina samples from six provinces of China, Zimbabwe and Brazil between seven and fifty-one months aging were studied. The results showed that the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen decreased gradually with the increase of aging time. Regarding the content of sugar, the redried lamina in South China decreased faster than that in North, and the upper leaves decreased faster than the middle leaves. The greatest effect on sensory quality in aging time was observed in total nitrogen.
