不同成熟度煙草葉片細(xì)胞超微結(jié)構(gòu)變化規(guī)律研究

A Study of Cell Ultrastructure of Tobacco Leaf with Different Maturity Grades

摘要: 對不同生長時期的煙草葉片葉肉細(xì)胞超微結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了觀察研究,。結(jié)果表明，成熟葉肉細(xì)胞細(xì)胞器豐富,，有8～9個周壁葉綠體,，為巨大的長橢圓形，基粒片層清晰,，有淀粉粒,，少量脂滴。衰老后葉肉細(xì)胞葉綠體由長橢圓形趨于圓形,，基粒片層逐漸變得雜亂至模糊不清,。不同成熟度葉片超微結(jié)構(gòu)變化明顯,，主要表現(xiàn)在葉綠體片層結(jié)構(gòu)整齊程度,、線粒體個數(shù)和嵴數(shù)以及細(xì)胞核核液濃度上。

Abstract: Cell ultra-structure of tobacco leaves was studied. The results show that mature mesophyll cells had 8~9 oval chloroplasts, grana lamellae were distinct, and starch grains and a few lipid droplets could be seen. After the leaf senescence, chloroplasts became round and grana lamellae changed into disarray arrangement and blurring. The uniformity of chloroplast grana lamellae,, the numbers and cristae of mitochondria, and the concentration of nucleus karyolymph were different among different mature grade leaves.
