烤煙散葉分級(jí)收購(gòu)技術(shù)探討

摘要: 針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的扎把烤煙存在的煙葉等級(jí)純度低,、費(fèi)工費(fèi)時(shí)、易霉變等問(wèn)題,，探討了新的煙葉分級(jí)和收購(gòu)模式,，即散葉分級(jí)與收購(gòu)。該模式節(jié)省了分級(jí)扎把用工和費(fèi)用,，提高了工作效率,，又避免了扎把環(huán)節(jié)中的摻雜使假和霉變現(xiàn)象，同時(shí)保證了煙葉等級(jí)質(zhì)量,，提高煙葉等級(jí)純度,，滿(mǎn)足卷煙工業(yè)和煙葉出口貿(mào)易的需要。Abstract: Considering the problems of low purity of leaf grade, inefficiency, leaf mildew in the traditional grading and purchasing of handed flue-cured tobacco leaves, a new technique for grading and purchasing loose leaves was introduced in this paper. This new approach proved efficient and could reduce the falsification and leaf mildew in the hand tying process, increase grade quality and purity of tobacco leaves, and meet the requirement of tobacco export.
