摘要: 簡(jiǎn)要介紹了美國(guó)條法的編纂發(fā)布規(guī)則以及煙葉分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在其編排體系中的位置和編碼方式；論述了美國(guó)煙葉分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中類,、型,、組的概念以及分類、分型,、分組的依據(jù),、原則和特點(diǎn)；闡明了美國(guó)煙葉分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與各類,、型的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,，并對(duì)分類和分型在我國(guó)煙葉分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制訂工作中的意義作了討論。

Abstract: The rule of the editorial compilation and publication of U.S. regulations was introduced briefly, while the arrangement and codification manners of the Official Grade Standards for Tobacco was elucidated in the editorial compilation of the Federal regulations. The concepts of the classes, types and groups of grades in U.S. Official Grade Standards for Tobacco were reviewed in detail, as well as the foundation, rule and feature. The relationship of the classes and types corresponding to U.S. Official Tobacco Grade Standards was illustrated. Significance of the classification and typification in China Grade Standards for Tobacco was discussed.
