聚類分析技術(shù)在造紙法再造煙葉原料配方中的應(yīng)用

摘要: 選取生產(chǎn)造紙法再造煙葉所用的24 種再造煙葉原料，同時(shí)進(jìn)行蒸餾萃取/氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜分析,，對分析結(jié)果采用DPS 軟件進(jìn)行模糊聚類分析,。結(jié)果顯示，24 種原料能明顯的分為兩類,，煙梗和煙碎片能明顯的分開,，各自聚為一類，并且同一地區(qū)的原料,，其相似程度越接近,。選取上述原料做對比，評吸結(jié)果與分析結(jié)果基本吻合,。Abstract: 24 raw material samples of paper-making reconstituted tobacco were selected and analyzed by SDE-GC/MS, and the data were classified using cluster analysis by DPS software. The result shows that the samples could be classified as two different categories. Tobacco stem and tobacco scrap belonged to different categories. Samples from same region were more similar. After the smoke panel test, the sensory result was in accord with the analytic result.
