摘要: 用80%乙醇為溶劑,獲得煙葉乙醇提取物紫外—可見(jiàn)光譜,,化學(xué)分析獲取卷煙煙氣煙堿含量,,利用紫外—可見(jiàn)光譜和煙氣煙堿化學(xué)測(cè)定值建立卷煙煙氣煙堿含量預(yù)測(cè)模型。結(jié)果表明,,模型預(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確率為98.68%,。模型外部驗(yàn)證后,通過(guò)t 檢驗(yàn),,發(fā)現(xiàn)預(yù)測(cè)值和測(cè)定值間在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義上無(wú)顯著性差異,,說(shuō)明本方法具有較高的準(zhǔn)確度,能快速,、準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)煙氣煙堿含量,,為葉組研發(fā)帶來(lái)便利。Abstract: In this study, ethanol extraction of cut tobacco, its UV-VIS spectrum and nicotine content of smoke were acquired in order to establish UV-VIS spectroscopy model for predicting nicotine content in cigarettes smoke. By using outer validation and t-test, the results showed that the forecasted value and measured value had no significant difference. This prediction method has advantages of high precision and can be applied to rapid determination of nicotine content in cigarettes smoke, which is very helpful in cigarette blending formulation.
