    甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲酸鹽在煙草及土壤中殘留分析方法的研究

    Residue Analysis of Emamectin Benzoate in Tobacco and Soil

    • 摘要: 采用反相高效液相色譜法對煙草及土壤中甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲酸鹽emamectin benzoate 進(jìn)行殘留量分析,。樣品采用丙酮/水提取,F(xiàn)lorisil-SPE 柱凈化,,紫外檢測器(UVD)測定,。甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲酸鹽在本方法儀器條件下最低檢出限為2.0×10-10 g(B1a);1.0×10-9 g(B1b),。樣品在煙葉中的平均回收率為94.92%~102.18%,,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為2.66%~3.69%;在土壤中的平均回收率為96.76%~99.02%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為2.23%~4.48%,。

       

      Abstract: Residue analysis of emamectin benzoate in tobacco and soil by Reversed-Phase high performance liquid chromatography was assessed. Residues were first extracted with acetone and water, filtrated with Florisil-SPE columns, and then determined with UV detection. Lowest detection limit with this method were 2.0×10-10g(B1a)and 1.0×10-9g(B1b). The average spiked recoveries were 94.92%-102.18% in tobacco leaves, and 96.76%-99.02% in the soil. The precision of the method is acceptable with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2.66%-3.69% for tobacco leaves and 2.23%-4.48% for the soil, respectively.
