甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲酸鹽在煙草及土壤中殘留分析方法的研究

Residue Analysis of Emamectin Benzoate in Tobacco and Soil

摘要: 采用反相高效液相色譜法對煙草及土壤中甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲酸鹽emamectin benzoate 進(jìn)行殘留量分析,。樣品采用丙酮/水提取，F(xiàn)lorisil-SPE 柱凈化,，紫外檢測器（UVD）測定,。甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲酸鹽在本方法儀器條件下最低檢出限為2.0×10^-10 g（B1a）；1.0×10^-9 g（B1b）,。樣品在煙葉中的平均回收率為94.92%~102.18%,，相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為2.66%~3.69%；在土壤中的平均回收率為96.76%~99.02%，相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為2.23%~4.48%,。

Abstract: Residue analysis of emamectin benzoate in tobacco and soil by Reversed-Phase high performance liquid chromatography was assessed. Residues were first extracted with acetone and water, filtrated with Florisil-SPE columns, and then determined with UV detection. Lowest detection limit with this method were 2.0×10^-10g（B1a）and 1.0×10^-9g（B1b）. The average spiked recoveries were 94.92%-102.18% in tobacco leaves, and 96.76%-99.02% in the soil. The precision of the method is acceptable with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2.66%-3.69% for tobacco leaves and 2.23%-4.48% for the soil, respectively.
