余熱共享密集烤房的開發(fā)

Development of Bulk Curing-barn with Pooling Surplus Heat

摘要: 為合理利用烘烤過程中產(chǎn)生的余熱,，設(shè)計開發(fā)了新型余熱共享密集烤房,。其建造方法是：并排建造4 個裝煙室，在各裝煙室內(nèi)靠近加熱爐一側(cè),，橫向建造余熱共享通道,，每個烤煙室通道上方的中間位置設(shè)一個進(jìn)（出）風(fēng)口。對比試驗結(jié)果表明,，該新型烤房可提高熱能利用率20%,，烘烤成本降低0.57 元/kg，烤后橘黃煙葉比例提高,，煙葉均價提高0.66 元/kg,。

Abstract: In order to make reasonable use of the surplus heat in the course of tobacco curing, a new type bulk curing-barn was developed in this study. Four curing barn was built side by side and the chunnel pooling surplus heat was built crossly on the side near the furnace. In the middle location above the chunnel in each barn the heat gas inlet (or outlet) was set up. The results showed that the new type of barn could save 20% of heat source, reduce the cuing cost 0.57 yuan per kilogram tobacco leaves, enhance the proportion of orange leaves and the average price of the cured leaves increased by 0.66 yuan/kg.
