茉莉酸甲酯對(duì)煙草α-淀粉酶抑制劑的誘導(dǎo)作用

摘要: 研究了不同濃度的茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)對(duì)煙草α-淀粉酶抑制劑誘導(dǎo)的時(shí)間及濃度效應(yīng),。在斜紋夜蛾取食不同濃度的MeJA 誘抗處理的煙草葉片1~3 d 后,,對(duì)中腸α-淀粉酶活性進(jìn)行了檢測(cè)。結(jié)果顯示,,0.01,,0.1,1.0,,4.0 mmol/L 和10.0mmol/L 5 種濃度的MeJA 處理煙草后,,煙葉α-淀粉酶抑制劑含量明顯增加,而4.0 mmo1/L MeJA 誘抗處理48 h 時(shí)誘導(dǎo)煙草產(chǎn)生的α-淀粉酶抑制劑活性最強(qiáng),。離體檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明,,斜紋夜蛾取食MeJA 處理的煙草葉片后,,中腸α-淀粉酶活性降低。Abstract: The time and concentration inducement effects of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on а-amylase inhibitor in tobacco leaves were studied, and the activities of Spodoptera litura (F.) midgut α-amylase was measured, which feed on the tobacco leaves after 1-3d MeJA spraying. The results showed that, after treated with five concentrations of MeJA (0.01, 0.1, 1.0, 4.0, 10.0 mmol/L), the content of α-amylase inhibitor activity in leaf increased significantly. The 4 mmol/L MeJA induced the strongest response of а-amylase inhibitor activity in tobacco leaves after 48 h treatment. In vitro assay demonstrated that the Spodoptera litura (F.) midgut а-amylase activity decreased after feed on the treated tobacco leaves.
