    密集烤房不同裝煙方式的烘烤效果

    Effects of Tobacco Leaf Loading Method on Curing in Bulk Curing Barn

    • 摘要: 為探索現(xiàn)代煙草農(nóng)業(yè)省工降本措施,，設計了常規(guī)掛竿,、散葉堆放、散葉煙筐,、煙夾4 種密集烤房裝煙方式試驗,，對其省工、節(jié)能效果進行了研究,。結(jié)果表明,，與常規(guī)掛竿裝煙方式相比，散葉堆放,、散葉煙筐,、煙夾裝煙方式均顯著降低烤煙烘烤環(huán)節(jié)的用工成本和耗能成本，其中裝卸煙用工成本降低70%以上,、耗煤成本降低18%以上,、耗電成本降低10%以上。此外,，不同裝煙方式烘烤后煙葉經(jīng)濟性狀,、外觀品質(zhì)與化學成分含量無明顯差異。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the measures of saving labor force and energy during the development of tobacco agricultural modernization, the experiment of loading tobacco leaf was conducted with four treatments (traditional loading leaf with pole, loose-leaf accumulation, loose-leaf with frame, and loading leaf with clip). The results showed that three methods of loading leaf (loose-leaf accumulation, loose-leaf with frame, and loading leaf with clip) decreased significantly the cost of labor force and energy during curing when compared with the method of traditional loading leaf. The cost of labor force of loading and unloading leaf, coal, and electricity decreased respectively over 70%, 18%, and 10%. In addition, the difference of the economic characters, appearance qualities and contents of chemical components of curing leaves between different treatments was inconspicuous.
