植物生長調(diào)節(jié)劑GGR 對香料煙根系發(fā)育及活力的影響

摘要: 通過大田試驗(yàn),，研究了植物生長調(diào)節(jié)劑（GGR10）不同施用方法對香料煙根系發(fā)育、根系活力及煙堿含量的影響,。結(jié)果表明,，使用GGR10 能增加根系干物質(zhì)重和根系體積，提高根系活力和根中煙堿含量,。2 種使用方法對根系發(fā)育,、活力及煙堿含量的促進(jìn)效果不同，以10 mg/L 的GGR10 溶液在移栽時(shí)沾根并結(jié)合移栽后30 d 葉面噴施的效果最好。Abstract: Effects of different application methods of GGR10 on the development, activity and nicotine content in oriental tobacco roots were researched by field experiment. Results showed that applying GGR10 increased the dry matter weight and volume of roots, improved the activity and nicotine content in roots of oriental tobacco. The effect was the best by tobacco seedlings roots immersed in solution of 10 mg GGR10 per litre at transplanting and spraying solution of 10 mg GGR10 per litre on the tobacco leaves after transplanting thirty days than other treatments.
