龍巖煙區(qū)植保應(yīng)急服務(wù)體系的構(gòu)建與實(shí)踐

摘要: 以強(qiáng)大的基層煙草站和煙草病蟲害測報站網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ),，并以現(xiàn)代煙草農(nóng)業(yè)為理念，借助機(jī)械化,、信息化等手段構(gòu)建了煙草“植保應(yīng)急”服務(wù)體系,。經(jīng)過近3 年來的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐表明，煙草“植保應(yīng)急”服務(wù)體系能有效通過遠(yuǎn)程在線,、QQ 群,、電話、手機(jī)照片,、技術(shù)交流平臺等方式進(jìn)行煙草病蟲害災(zāi)情的診斷與處理,。具有早發(fā)現(xiàn),、早防治的特點(diǎn)，能實(shí)現(xiàn)對病蟲害災(zāi)情的實(shí)時監(jiān)控,，可達(dá)到減少化學(xué)農(nóng)藥的使用而減輕其帶來的“3R”問題,，并對提高煙葉安全性具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。同時,，該體系還具有“公共植?！钡睦砟睿芸焖?、簡便地減少由于病蟲危害等引起的煙葉損失,。建議把該體系推廣到煙區(qū)基層煙葉生產(chǎn)中。Abstract: The aid system for plant protection, a professional service, was developed and applied in Longyan tobacco region, which was based on the network of tobacco stations and forecast stations for diseases and pests in tobacco. The implements of the mechanization and informationization were employed in the system. The three years of application demonstrated that the system was significant in control of tobacco diseases and pests. By use of online service, QQ group, telephone, and mobile phone photo, and BBS, tobacco diseases and pests could be diagnosis and controlled promptly. The “3R” problem of chemical pesticides could be effectively alleviated and the idea of public plant protection also could be realized by the application of the service system. Therefore, it is suggested to apply this service system to other tobacco production regions.
