鉀素營養(yǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑對烤煙抗旱性的影響

摘要: 采用大田試驗,,在干旱條件下開展了施用鉀素營養(yǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑對烤煙葉片鉀、脯氨酸,、可溶性糖和根系的影響研究,。結(jié)果表明,在自然干旱條件下施用鉀素營養(yǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑,,烤煙葉片鉀素含量,、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量和根系鮮質(zhì)量及根系體積均顯著高于對照處理,。因此,,在干旱條件下,鉀素營養(yǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑通過提高煙葉鉀,、脯氨酸和可溶性糖等指標(biāo)的含量,,增強了煙株的抗旱性。Abstract: Field experiment in drought condition was performed to determine the effects of potassium nutrient regulator on the potassium content, proline, total soluble sugar content in flue-cured tobacco leaves, and the root growth of flue-cured tobacco. Results showed that the potassium content, proline, total soluble sugar content, the fresh mass and volume of roots in treated tobacco were significantly higher than the control plants. It suggested that the regulator could enhance the drought tolerance of flue-cured tobacco plants by increasing the contents of potassium, proline and total soluble sugar.
