烤煙紅花大金元上部葉采收方式研究

摘要: 探討密集烘烤條件下紅花大金元上部葉最佳采收方式,，為涼山煙區(qū)紅花大金元的進(jìn)一步推廣提供科學(xué)依據(jù),。以烤煙紅花大金元上部煙葉為供試材料，設(shè)置“習(xí)慣采收,、7 片采收,、5 片采收和5 片帶莖采收4 個(gè)處理”，研究了不同采收方式對(duì)紅花大金元上部煙葉外觀質(zhì)量,、化學(xué)成分,、評(píng)吸質(zhì)量、主要經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀和烘烤成本的影響,。結(jié)果表明,，5 片帶莖采收處理上部葉外觀質(zhì)量較好，煙葉的有效產(chǎn)量,、產(chǎn)值,、均價(jià)、上等煙和中等煙比例均較高,，煙葉化學(xué)成分較協(xié)調(diào),，煙葉評(píng)吸質(zhì)量最高，烘烤成本較低,。涼山煙區(qū)紅花大金元上部煙葉的最佳采收方式是5 片帶莖采收,。Abstract: This study aimed at optimum harvest method of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco Honghuadajinyuan in bulk curing barn and scientific basis for extension of Honghuadajinyuan in Liangshan, Sichuan Province. Four treatments consisted ordinary picking method, picking 7 upper leaves, picking 5 upper leaves; and 5 upper leaves with stalk. The effects of different picking methods on appearance quality, chemical components, sensory quality, main economic characters and cost of curing were studied. Results showed that the leaves in the treatment of 5 upper leaves with stalk had more favorable appearance quality, economic characters and chemical composition, the highest score of sensory evaluation, and the lowest curing cost. It is concluded that picking 5 upper leaves with stalk proves optimum for Honghuadajinyuan in Liangshan.
