摘要: 建立與GB5606. 4—2005《卷煙 感官技術(shù)要求》內(nèi)容所對應(yīng)的指標評價方法,,并利用評價方法完成消費者卷煙感官評價俗語與GB5606. 4—2005《卷煙 感官技術(shù)要求》中相關(guān)指標術(shù)語的準確轉(zhuǎn)化,,該方法能夠?qū)⑾M者感官評價結(jié)果以標準指標術(shù)語形式量化體現(xiàn)出來,,使消費者感官指標評價能夠體現(xiàn)出定性、定量的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果,,在產(chǎn)品感官品質(zhì)指標上搭起了一座與消費者溝通的橋梁,。Abstract: The method for index evaluation corresponding to the content of GB5606.4—2005 cigarette sensory technology requirements was established. And by means of such method, consumers’ common sayings for sensory evaluation of cigarette could be exactly converted to correlative index terms in GB5606. 4—2005 cigarette sensory technology requirements. This method can quantize the consumers’ sensory evaluation results by forms of standard index terms, and qualitative and quantitative data results was obtained from the consumers’ sensory index evaluation. So the method built a communication bridge to consumers as for the products sensory quality indices.
