不同品種烤煙對土壤微量元素的響應(yīng)

摘要: 為了探明不同品種烤煙對土壤微量元素的響應(yīng)能力,,選用K326,、云煙87 和紅花大金元(紅大) 3 個品種,測定了烤煙根際土壤,、根系及不同部位煙葉微量元素含量,。結(jié)果表明:不同品種烤煙對土壤微量元素的響應(yīng)能力表現(xiàn)為K326>云煙87>紅大,不同微量元素在烤煙根系中的含量為Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu,。煙葉Cu 含量表現(xiàn)為上部葉>中部葉>下部葉,;Mn含量表現(xiàn)為下部葉>中部葉>上部葉;K326 和紅大煙葉Fe,、Zn 表現(xiàn)為下部葉>中部葉>上部葉,,而云煙87 則表現(xiàn)為中部葉>下部葉>上部葉。因此,,對烤煙補(bǔ)充微肥時,,應(yīng)根據(jù)烤煙品種的特性合理進(jìn)行,從而提升煙葉產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì),。Abstract: Three flue-cured tobacco varieties, including K326, Yunyan87 and Honghuadajinyuan(HD) were used to investigate the response ability of these varieties to soil trace elements by testing contents of four trace elements in rhizosphere soil, tobacco roots and leaves. Results indicated that the response ability of flue-cured tobacco varieties to soil trace elements was in the sequence of K326>Yunyan87>HD, the content of different trace elements in tobacco roots was iron>manganese>zinc>copper. The copper content in tobacco leaves followed the sequence of upper leaves>middle leaves>lower leaves, manganese followed lower leaves> middle leaves>upper leaves, while iron and zinc followed lower leaves>middle leaves>upper leaves in K326 and Yunyan87, yet middle leaves>lower leaves>upper leaves in Yunyan87. Hence, the application of trace elements fertilizer should base on the characteristics of tobacco varieties to improve the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.
