施氮水平和移栽期對(duì)烤煙還原糖及煙堿含量的影響
Effects of Nitrogen Rates and Transplanting Period on Contents of Reducing Sugar and Nicotine in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

摘要: 在南雄煙區(qū)采用二次飽和D-最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)方法研究了施氮水平和移栽期對(duì)烤煙還原糖及煙堿含量的影響,建立了施氮水平和移栽期對(duì)烤煙還原糖及煙堿含量影響的模型,,并進(jìn)行了單因素效應(yīng)分析和雙因素互作效應(yīng)分析,。結(jié)果表明,在試驗(yàn)條件下,,隨著施氮水平的提高,,煙葉還原糖含量表現(xiàn)為下降的趨勢(shì),煙堿含量表現(xiàn)為上升的趨勢(shì),;隨著移栽期的推遲,,煙葉還原糖含量表現(xiàn)為上升的趨勢(shì),煙堿含量表現(xiàn)為下降的趨勢(shì),。因此,,在南雄煙區(qū),適當(dāng)降低施氮水平和推遲移栽期可以提高烤煙還原糖含量和降低煙堿含量,。Abstract: With D-optimum saturation design, a field experiment was conducted to study effect of nitrogen (N) application levels and transplanting periods on contents of reducing sugar and nicotine in flue-cured tobacco leaves. Results showed that the reducing sugar content decreased and the nicotine content increased with the increasing N rate, while the reducing sugar content increased and the nicotine content decreased with later transplanting. So it may be effective to enhance reducing sugar content and decrease nicotine content in tobacco leaves by rationally decreasing N rate and postpone transplanting date in Nanxiong.
