    枯草芽孢桿菌SH7 抑菌蛋白的分離純化及對(duì)煙草青枯病菌的抑制作用

    Isolation, Purification and Antagonism of Extracellular Protein from Bacillus subtilis Strain SH7

    • 摘要: 采用硫酸銨分級(jí)沉淀,、DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow 離子交換層析、Sephadex G-75 凝膠層析及聚丙烯凝膠電泳,，從枯草芽孢桿菌SH7 代謝物中分離純化出一種相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量為33.6 kD 的蛋白,，該活性物質(zhì)具有淀粉酶活力，對(duì)煙草青枯病菌具有一定的抑制作用,。

       

      Abstract: Bacillus subtilis strain SH7 showed antagonism against Ralstonia solanacearum.One of the protein was purified by using ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow chromatography and Sephadex G-75. The molecular mass of the protein was 33.6 kD by PAGE analysis. The active protein from Bacillus subtilis strain SH7 have diastatic activity.
