香料煙青枯病抗性基因的遺傳分析
Genetic Analysis on Resistance to Bacterial Wilt in Oriental Tobacco

摘要: 本研究以香料煙青枯病抗病品種Xanthi,、感病品種Samsun,、F1 以及F2 群體為研究材料,采用青枯病圃進(jìn)行抗性鑒定,,利用主基因+多基因混合遺傳模型對(duì)各群體單株的病情指數(shù)進(jìn)行分析,,結(jié)果表明:香料煙青枯病抗性基因是受2 對(duì)加性-顯性-上位主基因+加性-顯性多基因(E-1 模型)控制遺傳;主基因的遺傳率為49.63%,。Abstract: In this paper, bacterial wilt resistant variety Xanthi and susceptible variety Samsun, their F1s and F2s were used to study inheritance of resistance of oriental tobacco to bacterial wilt. These populations and their individuals were planted in identifying field of Fujian Province. The identified data of individuals was analyzed using major gene plus poly-gene mixed inheritance model. Results indicated that the resistance to bacterial wilt in oriental tobacco was controlled by two independent major genes with additive-dominance-epistatic effects plus polygenes with additive-dominance effects (the E-1 model). Heritability value of the major genes reached 49.63%.
