Analysis on Heterosis of Major Agronomic and Yield Traits of Red Sun-cured Tobacco

摘要: 以曬紅煙不同品種為親本配制雜交組合,，經(jīng)10 個(gè)F1 主要農(nóng)藝性狀和產(chǎn)質(zhì)量性狀雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)測(cè)定,，結(jié)果表明，葉數(shù),、株高,、節(jié)距多介于雙親之間，少數(shù)組合有超親優(yōu)勢(shì),；葉長(zhǎng)和葉寬,、莖圍大多數(shù)組合出現(xiàn)超親現(xiàn)象，具有較強(qiáng)的超親優(yōu)勢(shì),。葉數(shù)和株高多為負(fù)向優(yōu)勢(shì),；節(jié)距正、負(fù)向優(yōu)勢(shì)各占50%,；葉長(zhǎng)多為正向優(yōu)勢(shì),；葉寬和莖圍全部為正向優(yōu)勢(shì)。經(jīng)相關(guān)和回歸分析，葉數(shù),、葉長(zhǎng),、節(jié)距等性狀與雙親平均值達(dá)極顯著正相關(guān)；葉寬,、莖圍與雙親平均值呈顯著相關(guān),；株高與雙親平均值無(wú)顯著相關(guān)。產(chǎn)量有較強(qiáng)的超親優(yōu)勢(shì),；級(jí)指介于雙親之間,，正負(fù)超親同時(shí)出現(xiàn)。Abstract: Different crosses of red sun-cured tobacco were made and the heterosis of major agronomic and yield traits of 10 F1 were studied. The results showed that the heterosis of leaf number, plant height and intermodal distance were among parents, several crosses had heterosis over parent. Leaf length, leaf width and stem girth had significant heterosis over parent. Most of leaf number and plant height had negative heterosis. Positive and negative heterosis of intermodal distance was each 50%. Most of leaf length had positive heterosis. All leaf width and stalk circumference had positive heterosis. The results of correlation and regression analysis showed that leaf width and stalk circumference were significantly correlated with the average parents. Plant height had no significant correlation with the average parents. Yields had strong heterosis over parent.
