基于煙草種質(zhì)資源部分性狀的相關(guān),、通徑及聚類分析
Correlation and Path Coefficient Analysis and Euclidean Distance Clustering For Several Characters in Tobacco Germplazm Resource

摘要: 對24 份烤煙種質(zhì)資源的株高,、節(jié)距、有效葉數(shù),、最大葉長,、最大葉寬,、最大葉長/最大葉寬、莖圍,、移栽至現(xiàn)蕾天數(shù),、單株產(chǎn)量、上中等煙比例等性狀進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析和通徑分析,。結(jié)果表明,,葉數(shù)與單株產(chǎn)量顯著相關(guān),最大葉長與單株產(chǎn)量達(dá)極顯著相關(guān),;而上中等煙比例則與葉數(shù)和單株產(chǎn)量呈極顯著相關(guān),。單株產(chǎn)量性狀對上中等煙比例直接作用最大,通過其它性狀所起的作用相對較小,。聚類結(jié)果表明:24 份烤煙種質(zhì)資源聚類為2 個組群,,TI706、TI245,、“重型煙”和“泥潭紫紅花”為一個組群,,其它20 個為另一個組群。且所有種質(zhì)資源中,,TI706 和TI245 與其它種質(zhì)的親緣關(guān)系較遠(yuǎn),,與它們雜交有可能產(chǎn)生較大的雜交優(yōu)勢。種質(zhì)“廣東黃(1)”和“R72(3)B-2-1”親緣關(guān)系在所有種質(zhì)資源中最近,。Abstract: Correlation coeficient analysis and path coeficient analysis for 10 characters of 24 pure lines of flue-cured tobacco were conducted. The number of the availabe leaves,,the length of the biggest leaves showed a positive or a strong positive correlation with the yield per plant .And The number of the availabe leaves and the yield per plant showed a strong positive correlation with the ratio of the upper leaves.The results indicated that the yield per plant among these traits played major role in determining ratio of upper leaves while the other traits were less related to the ratio.Unweighted pair group cluster analyses showed that the 24 pure lines of flue-cured tobacco were clustered into two groups. Of the pure lines Line TI706 and TI245 had a far relationship with all other lines, and had a heterosis when crossed with the other lines. Lines baopi and R72(3)B-2-1 were closely related .
