部分煙草種質(zhì)資源的PVY 抗性鑒定

Resistance Identification to PVY of Some Tobacco Germplasm Resources

摘要: 通過對69 份煙草種質(zhì)資源的馬鈴薯Y 病毒（PVY）病圃人工誘發(fā)接種鑒定,，初步篩查出C151、Hawana10,、壩林曬煙和Criollo salteno 11 等11 份表現(xiàn)為高抗PVY 的煙草種質(zhì)資源,，其中烤煙3 份，曬煙3 份,，黃花煙3 份,，雪茄煙2 份。C151 屬于烤煙類型,，花色白,，田間可采葉數(shù)22～24 片，葉形長橢圓,，葉色深綠,，可作為抗PVY 育種親本。

Abstract: Artificial inoculation in tobacco field was conducted to identify the resistance of 69 tobacco germplasm to PVY. 11 germplasm exhibit high resistance to PVY, they are C151, Havana 10, Balin-Shaiyan and Criollo salteno 11, among which there are 3 flue-cured tobacco varieties, 3 sun-cured tobacco varieties, 3 Turkish tobacco varieties and 2 cigar tobacco varieties, respectively. C151 is a flue-cured tobacco variety with white flowers, and 22 to 24 long-ellipse leaves available in field, the leaf color is green, so C151 can be a useful breeding parent.
