抗TMV 烤煙種質(zhì)資源材料篩選與利用研究初報(bào)

Selection and Utilization of Germplasm Material for Anti-TMV Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要: 在對(duì)27 份烤煙種質(zhì)及18 份烤煙組合的F1 代進(jìn)行TMV 抗性鑒定中,，篩選出免疫種質(zhì)8021、8022,，和抗病種質(zhì)82501,、遼煙10 號(hào),、遼煙13 號(hào)等12 份；雜交組合中發(fā)現(xiàn)免疫7 份,，抗病19 份,，中親優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯，其抗性多偏向于抗病性強(qiáng)的親本,。但不同材料對(duì)TMV 的抗性表現(xiàn)不同,，感病材料發(fā)病早，病情指數(shù)上升速度快,；抗病材料發(fā)病遲，病情指數(shù)上升速度慢,。

Abstract: Totally 27 flue-cured tobacco varieties and 18 hybrid combinations in F1 generation were tested for tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) resistance, which screened out 2 immune varieties(8021, 8022), 12 resistant varieties ( 82501, Liaoyang10, Liaoyang13 etc.), 7 immune hybrids, 19 resistant hybrids, and showed a distinct mid-parent heterosis. The heredity of TMV resistance was trend to the parent with higher resistance, and the phenotypes of TMV resistance were varied: TMV sensitive varieties were attacked earlier, while TMV resistant varieties were late.
