清江流域烤煙類胡蘿卜素降解產(chǎn)物的因子分析和綜合評(píng)價(jià)
Factor Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation on Carotenoid Degradation Products in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves of Qingjiang Area

摘要: 以湖北清江流域8 個(gè)烤煙主產(chǎn)區(qū)24 個(gè)煙葉樣品為供試材料,對(duì)烤煙12 種類胡蘿卜素降解產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析和因子分析,,并利用因子得分進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),。結(jié)果表明,烤煙類胡蘿卜素降解產(chǎn)物間存在顯著或極顯著的相關(guān)性。相關(guān)系數(shù)矩陣前3 個(gè)特征根的累計(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率已達(dá)85.05%,。由類胡蘿卜素降解產(chǎn)物的因子載荷矩陣得到3 個(gè)公因子,,即巨豆三烯酮類因子、大馬酮類因子和庚烯類因子,。因子分析法綜合評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果與評(píng)吸結(jié)果基本一致,,為用化學(xué)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)烤煙品質(zhì)提供了新方法。Abstract: By correlation analysis and factor analysis, totally 24 of tobacco samples from 8 tobacco growing counties of Hubei Province were analyzed with data from 12 carotenoid degradation products in flue-cured tobacco leaves. A comprehensive evaluation was carried out by using the factor scores. The obtained results indicated that the contents of the carotenoid degradation products were positively or highly positively correlated with that of the others. The contribution rate of first-three characteristic roots reached 85.05%. Three main factors from the carotenoid degradation products were obtained, namely the megastigmatrienone factor, damascone factor, heptene factor. The comprehensive evaluation result of factor analysis was essentially identical with sensory evaluation result, which could be used in assessing the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves and also could provide scientific reference to flue-cured tobacco products.
