不同等級烤煙多酚含量及其規(guī)律性分析

摘要: 采用高效液相色譜方法測定了山東烤煙不同等級煙葉中3 種主要多酚物質(zhì)(綠原酸、莨菪亭和蕓香苷)的含量,,并采用SAS 軟件統(tǒng)計了這3 種多酚物質(zhì)在不同等級煙葉中分布的規(guī)律,。結果表明,顏色是影響煙葉多酚含量的主要因素,,葉片顏色越深,,綠原酸、蕓香苷的含量越低,,而莨菪亭的含量越高,,而對于不同顏色的葉片,中,、下部多酚含量差別不大,,此外葉片結構、身份等也與多酚的含量有一定的關系,。Abstract: Three main polyphenols-chlorogenic acid, scopletin and rutin were determined in flue-cured tobacco of Shandong with a high performance liquid chromatographic method. The distribution pattern of polyphenol content in flue-cured tobacco of various grades was investigated by using SAS analysis. The result showed that leaf color was the most important factor to the contents of polyphenols, and the stalk position, leaf structure, body had relations with polyphenols.
