Determination of Calcium Content in Tobacco by Continuous Flow Analysis Method

摘要: 采用流動(dòng)分析儀測(cè)定煙草中鈣的含量，并進(jìn)行重復(fù)性和回收率的測(cè)定,。結(jié)果表明,，測(cè)試樣品的變異系數(shù)均在3%以內(nèi)，具有較好的重復(fù)性,，平均回收率達(dá)到100.98%,，說明該方法具有一定的可行性。Abstract: We explored a method for the determination calcium content of tobacco by using continuous flow analyzer and studied on the repeatability and recovery. The results showed that the method had good reproducibility. The variation coefficient was less than 3% and the average recovery reached 100.98%.
