山東煙區(qū)烤煙化學成分含量變化及聚類分析

摘要: 采用聚類分析方法,,對山東22 個植煙縣169 個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)3 年共計464 個烤煙初烤煙葉C3F 樣品的化學成分進行了分析和評價,。結(jié)果表明:山東煙區(qū)烤煙化學成分的平均值基本都在優(yōu)質(zhì)煙的適宜值范圍內(nèi),說明山東煙區(qū)各項化學成分協(xié)調(diào),,是烤煙的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)區(qū),;用聚類分析方法將山東煙區(qū)分為5 類,即中糖中堿中氯區(qū),、低糖高堿中氯區(qū),、高糖中堿中氯區(qū)、高糖低堿中氯區(qū),、高糖中堿低氯區(qū),,多元方差分析和多重比較表明,各類間差異明顯,。Abstract: By cluster analysis, a comparative study was conducted for chemical components of 464 flue-cured tobacco samples with grades of C3F in tobacco growth regions of Shandong Province. The results showed that the average chemical components of flue-cured tobacco samples in Shandong were almost in normal range of high quality flue-cured tobacco, which indicated that the flue-cured tobacco in Shandong had appropriate content of chemical components, and had high quality. By systematical clustering method, the tobacco regions of Shandong were divided into five sub-regions of middle sugar-middle alkaloid- middle chlorine areas, lower sugar - high alkaloid - middle chlorine areas, high sugar-middle alkaloid- middle chlorine areas, high sugar-low alkaloid-middle chlorine areas, and high sugar-middle alkaloid-low chlorine areas. By using multivariate analysis of variance and Student-Newman-Keuls multiple-range test, the results showed that the difference among the locations were more significant.
