Abstract: Based on the purpose of providing farmers with sufficient information about tobacco produce and agriculture in time,effectively and accurately, and promoting the co-sharing and utilization of information resources, the rural information machine mobil terminal was exploited. It has abundant contents, various service patterns, and quickly transmission. The application practice has proved that it was able to improve the maximum efficiency and the value of information, solve the problem of “digital divide” in the rural area, and help the farmers add income.
