摘要: 本文介紹了影響煙草香味的3條次生代謝途徑并闡述了代謝頻道和基因工程對次生代謝的調(diào)控及目前用基因工程來提高煙草次生物質(zhì)的含量的研究進展,,并對利用代謝工程對煙草香氣品質(zhì)改良的可能途徑和應(yīng)用前景進行展望,。Abstract: Effects of three secondary metabolic pathways on flavor of tobacco and regulation of metabolic channel and gene engineering on secondary metabolism are reviewed in this paper. Also, advances in improving the content of secondary metabolites by gene engineering and its prospective application in variety improvement in tobacco with aroma quality of tobcco leaf were dicussed.
