煙草品種對TMV 抗性差異的比較研究

摘要: 對不同遺傳類型的7 個煙草品種設(shè)計水楊酸(SA) 預(yù)處理與對照,而后進行TMV 接種和挑戰(zhàn)接種,調(diào)查這些品種的響應(yīng)程度,。發(fā)現(xiàn)對TMV 侵染的響應(yīng)可分為花葉和枯斑反應(yīng)2 種類型。在兩個對TMV 侵染具有系統(tǒng)獲得抗病性(SAR) 特性的煙草品種中,品種HZNH 在病斑數(shù)量,、形態(tài)及大小等方面與前人已沿用多年的品種Xanthi2nc 存在明顯差異,且兩者對于SA 預(yù)處理后再接種的響應(yīng)也不一樣,。

Abstract: 7 tobacco varieties were treated with salicylic acid (SA), then inoculated and challenge inoculated with mosaic virus (TMV) so that responses of these cultivars to TMV were investigated. The response types could be classified into mosaic leaves, necrosis lesions. Two varieties, Xanthinc and HZNH, showed systemic acquired resistance (SAR) . The cultivar HZNH, compared with Xanthinc, which has been used to study SAR for many years, showed significant differences in number, shape and size of necrosis lesions. There were also significant different responses to the treatment inoculated af ter SA treatment between the two varieties.
