茉莉酸甲酯對(duì)煙草淀粉酶抑制劑誘導(dǎo)作用研究

摘要: 研究了不同濃度的茉莉酸甲酯 ( MeJA)對(duì)煙草α-淀粉酶抑制劑誘導(dǎo)的時(shí)間及濃度效應(yīng),,在斜紋夜蛾取食不同濃度的MeJA誘抗處理的煙草葉片1-3d后,,對(duì)其中腸α-淀粉酶活性進(jìn)行了檢測(cè)。結(jié)果顯示:0.01mmol/L,、0.1mmol/L,、1.0mmol/L,、4.0 mmol/L和10.0mmol/L 5個(gè)梯度濃度的MeJA處理煙草后,煙葉中α-淀粉酶抑制劑含量明顯增加,,而4.0mmo1/L MeJA 誘抗處理48h時(shí)誘導(dǎo)煙草產(chǎn)生的α-淀粉酶抑制劑活性最強(qiáng),;離體檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明斜紋夜蛾取食MeJA處理的煙草葉片后,其中腸α-淀粉酶的活性降低,。Abstract: The inducement and time effects of different concentration of methyl jasmonate(MeJA )on а-amylase inhibitor in tobacco leaves were studied,,and the activities of Spodoptera litura (F.)midgut α-amylase was assayed,which feed on the tobacco leaves after 1-3d MeJA spraying. The results showed that the content of α-amylase inhibitors activity in leaf increased significantly,,after treated with five gradient concentration of MeJA (0.01mmol/L,、0.1mmol/L、1.0mmol/L,、4.0 mmol/L and 10.0mmol/L ),;4 m mol/L MeJA induced the strongest response of а-amylase inhibitor activity in tobacco leaves after 48h treatment ;In vitro assay demonstrated that the Spodoptera litura(F.) midgut а-amylase activity was lower after feed on the treated tobacco leaves.
