浸提葉面分泌物對烤煙品質(zhì)的影響研究

摘要: 為了研究葉面分泌物對烤煙品質(zhì)的貢獻(xiàn),以K326為材料,,采用半葉法,,對成熟期烤煙進(jìn)行葉面分泌物的浸提,,并進(jìn)行外觀品質(zhì),、中性香味成分分析和評吸驗證,。結(jié)果表明,,葉面分泌物的缺失對烤煙外觀品質(zhì)產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響,。浸提后樣品中的中性香味成分含量與對照相比都有不程度的降低,,但甲苯,,糠醛和糠醇3種成分的含量卻有所增加,。此外,,浸提樣的香氣質(zhì),、香氣量、濃度,、雜氣和余味等指標(biāo)不及對照,,將浸提物還原到被浸提煙樣葉面,香味并不能完全恢復(fù)。Abstract: In order to explore the contribution of superficial secretion to the quality of flue-cured tobacco, the mature fresh leaves of K326 were taken as the material, dipped in dichloromethane by the half leaf method. The appearance character, the neutral fragrant components and the smoking quality in the roasted tobacco leaves were analysed. The results indicate that the absence of superficial secretion makes a negative influence on the appearance character. Except toluene, furfural and furfural alcohol, the contents of neutral fragrant components were all reduced. Furthermore, the smoking quality of dipped leaves was worse than the antitheses.The secretion which have been dipped was reverted to the leaves, but the smoking quality was not fully renewd.
