打頂及施用生理調(diào)節(jié)劑對烤煙主要化學(xué)成分的影響

摘要: 為探討烤煙品質(zhì)的生理調(diào)控措施,,采用盆栽試驗(yàn)方法,研究了打頂和施用生理調(diào)節(jié)劑對煙葉主要化學(xué)成分的影響,。結(jié)果表明,,打頂顯著降低(P<0.05)煙葉鉀含量,其下降幅度為13.2%~39.6%,,顯著(P<0.05)提高煙葉煙堿含量,,且中、上部煙葉煙堿含量成倍增加,;打頂后施用生理調(diào)節(jié)劑則顯著(P<0.05)提高煙葉鉀含量,,其增加幅度為14.5%~23.6%,顯著(P<0.05)降低煙葉煙堿含量,,其下降幅度為12.5%~34.7%,;但打頂及施用生理調(diào)節(jié)劑對煙葉全氮、還原糖和蛋白質(zhì)影響不顯著(P>0.05),??梢?,打頂后施用生理調(diào)節(jié)劑能改善烤煙品質(zhì)。Abstract: The effects of decapitation and physiological regulator on chemical components of flue-curd tobacco were studied using pot experiment in order to investigate the physiological regulation measures of tobacco quality. The results showed that potassium content in tobacco leaves was significantly (P<0.05) decreased by 13.2%~39.6% and nicotine content was significantly (P<0.05) increased by times after decapitation. But potassium content in tobacco leaves was significantly (P<0.05) increased by 14.5%~23.6% and nicotine content was significantly (P<0.05) decreased by 12.5%~34.7% when physiological regulator was applied to tobacco after decapitation. In addition, the effects of decapitation and physiological regulator on total nitrogen, reducing sugar and protein were not obvious. In conclusion, physiological regulator applied to tobacco after decapitation can improve the qualities of flue-cured tobacco.
