    • 摘要: 對云南煙區(qū)不同部位的煙葉香吃味與海拔和經(jīng)緯度的分析表明, 海拔高度是影響下部煙葉灰色, 中部煙葉香氣量和刺激性的主要因素; 緯度是影響中部煙葉香韻,、口感和綜合得分的主要因素; 經(jīng)度對下部煙葉的香氣量,、濃度、灰色和綜合得分以及中部煙葉的香氣質(zhì),、濃度,、刺激性和雜氣有較大影響。典型相關(guān)分析表明, 影響下部煙葉和中部煙葉香吃味的主要因素分別為經(jīng)度和海拔, 受海拔及經(jīng)緯度影響較大的香吃味指標主要為綜合得分和香氣量,。

       

      Abstract: The relationships between aroma and taste at different position of tobacco leaves and altitude,latitude, longitude in Yunnan was analyzed. The results showed that altitude is the main factor effecting ash color of lower leaf, volume of aroma and irritancy of cutters, and latitude is the main factor impacting the flavor notes, mouth feeling and integrated score of cutters, longitude has great influence on volume of aroma, taste concentration, ash color and integrated score of lower leaf, and it also has the influence on the quality of aroma,taste concentration, irritancy and offensive taste of cutters. The canonical correlation analyses showed that longitude and altitude are the main factors influencing the aroma and taste of lower leaf and cutters. The integrated score and volume of aroma is mainly impacted by altitude and longitude.
