優(yōu)化耕作制度促進云南主產區(qū)煙葉生產可持續(xù)發(fā)展

摘要: 煙葉主產區(qū)實現煙葉生產的可持續(xù)發(fā)展, 實現煙葉生產與環(huán)境保護的協(xié)調發(fā)展, 必須逐步建立以煙為主的耕作制度,。煙葉主產區(qū)以煙為主耕作制度的建立要納入大農業(yè)生產中通盤考慮, 一切與煙相關的制度的制定都要服從和服務于烤煙生產, 而不是損害烤煙生產。本文通過對傳統(tǒng)耕作制度的利弊分析, 明確闡述了煙葉主產區(qū)建立以煙為主的耕作制度的可行性, 提出了建立以煙為主的新型耕作制度的建議和措施,。Abstract: The farming system of leaf tobacco should be established for the sustainable development of leaf tobacco production and its coordination with environment protection. All the agriculture regulations are required to be subject to the tobacco production. The proposals and countermeasures are also put forward.
