    • 摘要: 在溶液培養(yǎng)條件下, 研究了不同BO33- 濃度對烤煙生長和養(yǎng)分吸收的影響。結(jié)果表明, 營養(yǎng)液中BO33-濃度為0.50- 2.00 mg /L 的各處理烤煙的株高和干物質(zhì)的積累量高于其他3 個處理,。不同BO33-濃度下烤煙各器官對鉀的吸收最多, 氮次之, 磷最少,。BO33-濃度為0.50- 2.00 mg /L 的各處理, 烤煙各器官對氮磷鉀的吸收量明顯高于其他處理。缺硼( BO33-< 0.50 mg /L) 或硼濃度過高( BO33-≥200 mg /L) 時都會抑制烤煙的生長發(fā)育,、干物質(zhì)和養(yǎng)分的積累,。

       

      Abstract: A solution culture experiment was conducted to investigate the effects ofBO33- concentration on the growth and nutrient absorption of tobacco . The results showed that the plant height and dry matter accumulation was higher than that of the other treatments as BO33- concentration was 0.50- 2.00 mg / L. The uptake of K20 was the highest, followed by N, and the lowest was P205 in different tobacco organs under different BO33- concentrations. The uptake of N,P205 and K20 of different tobacco organs was higher than that of the other treatments when BO33- concentration was 0.50- 2.00 mg /L. The growth and the accumulation of dry matter and nutrient of tobacco were restrained with boron absence( BO33- < 0.50 mg /L) or boron surplus( BO33- ≥200 mg /L) .
