    Plant secondary metabolism and aroma substances of tobacco

    • 摘要: 介紹了植物次生代謝的幾種途徑和主要的次生代謝產(chǎn)物, 以及各種代謝途徑同煙草香味物質(zhì)之間的關(guān)系;闡述了分子生物學(xué)在次生代謝方面的研究進(jìn)展, 包括代謝途徑調(diào)控的細(xì)胞水平和分子水平的研究和應(yīng)用, 并對(duì)次生代謝在煙草生產(chǎn)方面的作用作了展望,。

       

      Abstract: Plant secondary metabolic pathways and their main secondary metabolites, and the relationship between secondary metabolic pathways and aroma matter of tobacco were introduced in this paper. Advances in cell culture, molecular biology of plant, including cloning of key enzymes and gene engineering were summarized. The accelerating of the study on plant secondary metabolism to tobacco producing was proposed.
