    茄尼醇的研究進(jìn)展與展望

    • 摘要: 自然界中茄尼醇在煙葉中含量最高,作為合成輔酶Q10的中間體,,具有重要的醫(yī)藥開(kāi)發(fā)價(jià)值,。從茄尼醇的生物學(xué)特性、用途,、農(nóng)業(yè)影響措施,、提取純化和檢測(cè)方法等方面綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于茄尼醇的研究進(jìn)展,探討煙葉資源的綜合利用,。目前研究的熱點(diǎn)是提取純化工藝,,工業(yè)上的茄尼醇是從煙草中提取,采用分級(jí)浸提法純化,,高效液相色譜法檢測(cè),;而調(diào)控措施研究很少,煙草不同類型與基因型間的茄尼醇含量差異較大,,更重要的是受生產(chǎn)措施的影響,,目前僅有水分和氮素方面的部分研究,因此茄尼醇在生物體中的調(diào)控研究將可能是新的研究熱點(diǎn)。

       

      Abstract: Solanesol, with highest content in tobacco leaves, was an important material for synthesizing Co-Q10 in pharmaceutical development. In this paper, research advances of solanesol and its utilization in China and abroad were summarized, including biological characters, utilization, related agricultural technologies, extraction, purification, and determination. Solanesol used in industry was generally extracted from tobacco and purified by grade saturation, and determined by HPLC. The present researches focus on extraction and purification technologies, little report was found on regulation and control measure. Solanesol content varies considerably with tobacco type and genotype; it was also largely affected by agricultural measures. Following the present studies on moisture and nitrogen, it is expected that study on regulation and control of solanesol content will become one of the hot areas.
