烤煙煙堿合成及農(nóng)藝調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)研究進展

The review on studies of nicotine synthesis and roles of agronomic regulation in flue- cured tobacco

摘要: 從煙堿合成的部位,、前體物質(zhì),、信號物質(zhì)以及煙堿在器官間、葉位間和葉片中的分布闡述了烤煙煙堿合成和分布的規(guī)律, 并對氮,、磷,、鉀等礦質(zhì)元素, 品種、打頂留葉,、密度,、地膜覆蓋、灌溉,、成熟度,、外源調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)、環(huán)切和斷根等農(nóng)藝措施以及土壤,、氣候,、海拔等環(huán)境因子對烤煙煙堿合成的影響進行了綜述。

Abstract: The studies on exisistence of pre- nicotine and signal substances at different organs and leaf positions of tobacco plant were reviewed, and the rule of nicotine synthesis and distribution were revealed. Nicotine synthesis influencing factors such as mineral elements of N, P, K, as well as other agronomic treatments including variety, topping, plant population, film- mulching, irrigation, maturity, external regulators, root slicing and rootcutting were discussed. The other influencing factors of soil, climate and elevation towards the nicotine concentration in tobacco leaves were also discussed.
