摘要: 本文對“ 金攀西”優(yōu)質(zhì)煙開發(fā)區(qū)攀枝花和涼山州烤煙中性致香物質(zhì)進行了分析,。結(jié)果表明: 攀枝花地區(qū)烤煙中性致香物質(zhì)的含量高于涼山州地區(qū); 兩地烤煙種植品種云煙85 的中性香氣物質(zhì)含量高于紅大; 兩地煙葉部位間上部葉( B2F) 中性致香物質(zhì)含量最高, 中部葉( C3F) 次之, 下部葉( X2F) 最低,。Abstract: The neutral aroma components in flue- cured tobacco of high quality tobacco development zone “Jinpanxi”including Panzhihua city and Liangshan state were studied. The results showed that the content of the neutral aroma components in Panzhihua was higher than that in Liangshan State. The content of the neutral aroma components in Yunyan85 variety in the two places was higher than that in Honghuadajinyuan variety. The content of the neutral aroma components in the upper leaves (B2F) was the highest, followed by cutters(C3F)and the lugs(X2F).
