摘要: 針對煙草化學(xué)成分與煙氣組分間存在較復(fù)雜的非線性關(guān)系, 采用主成分分析法進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,。以5 個(gè)產(chǎn)區(qū)烤煙為樣本, 利用投影、主成分提取來分析影響煙氣的主要化學(xué)成分,。采用M5'模型樹法建立煙氣成分的分段線性模型,。根據(jù)2 種方法的結(jié)論, 更有效判斷烤煙化學(xué)成分對煙氣成分的影響, 提高對烤煙煙氣成分的預(yù)測精度,。Abstract: The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was applied to study the complex nonlinear relation between chemical component and smoke of tobacco. The cured leaves from five production regions were used as samples, projection and principal component pick- up were adopted to analyze the main factor influencing smoke components. The M5' model tree algo rithm was used to establish the subsection linear model of smoke components. The results showed that integration of the two methods could availably estimate the effect of chemical components on smoke components, and increase the forecast precision for smoke components.
