烤煙上部葉帶莖烘烤的技術(shù)研究

摘要: 提高上部煙葉的可用性一直是烤煙生產(chǎn)和卷煙工業(yè)不斷研究的課題,,龍巖烤煙產(chǎn)區(qū)為了進(jìn)一步提高上部煙葉的可用性,開展了上部葉帶莖烘烤技術(shù)研究,。結(jié)果表明,,上部4- 8 片葉帶莖烘烤能改善煙葉外觀質(zhì)量,提高上等煙比例10 個(gè)百分點(diǎn),提高煙葉均價(jià)0.65- 0.84 元/ kg,,降低單葉重0.41 g ,,降低煙堿含量0.01- 0.5 個(gè)百分點(diǎn),降低總糖含量2.29 個(gè)百分點(diǎn),,降低還原糖含量1.64個(gè)百分點(diǎn),,提高煙葉含鉀量0.03- 0.19 個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。煙葉品質(zhì)均一性好,,從而有效提高了上部煙葉的烘烤質(zhì)量和可用性,。Abstract: Studies to improve the usability of the upper leaves was carried out in Longyan, Fujian Province.The results showed that the curing of the upper four to eight leaves with stem could improve the apparent quality of flue- cured tobacco, enhance the first grade tobacco leaf proportion by 10 percent, increase the average price and K2O content by 0.65- 0.84 yuan / kg and 0.03%- 0.19% respectively, and reduce the weight per leaves by 0.41 g, decrease the amounts of nicotine, total sugar and reducing sugar by 0.01%- 0.5%, 2.29% and 1.64% respectively. The quality and usability of the upper leaves were imprved significantly with the uniform of tobacco quality.
