摘要: 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,與普通標(biāo)準(zhǔn)烤房比較,,熱風(fēng)循環(huán)式機(jī)烘烤房頂棚與底棚在變黃,、定色、干筋時(shí)期溫度差異較小,,烤房內(nèi)最大溫差為2 ℃,,最小為0.5 ℃;烤后煙葉化學(xué)成分更為協(xié)調(diào),;產(chǎn)值提高750元/hm2,;烘烤1 kg煙葉節(jié)煤1.02 kg,,單烤房節(jié)約烘烤時(shí)間7 h,綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益明顯提高,。Abstract: An experiment was conducted to investigate the tobacco leaf curing effect by hot air circulation barn. The results showed that, compared to ordinary curing barn, the hot air circulation barn had smaller temperature variation between top and bottom shelf of the barn at stage of yellowing, color fixing, and drying. The maximum and minimum temperature difference in curing barn was 2℃ and 0.5℃, respectively. The hot air circulation barn produced leaves with more harmonious chemical components. The output value of the cured leaves increased 750 RMB yuan/ha. The coal for curing was reduced by 1.02 kg per kg leaf. The curing time was reduced 7 hours. Overall economic benefit was improved remarkably.
