煙草不同基因型的光合特性研究
On photosynthetic characters of different tobacco genotypes

摘要: 煙草的光合特性與基因型密切相關(guān),,在栽培煙草兩個(gè)種間其表現(xiàn)以黃花煙草93- 1 的凈光合速率較高,普通煙草的烤煙和曬紅煙的凈光合速率相對(duì)較低,。普通煙草中烤煙品種間也有差異,,目前生產(chǎn)上大面積推廣種植的優(yōu)良品種K326 和云煙87 的凈光合速率較高,是優(yōu)良的親本材料,。通過對(duì)不同基因型煙草光合特性相關(guān)分析表明,凈光合速率( Pn)與氣孔導(dǎo)度( Gs),、蒸騰速率( Tr)呈顯著正相關(guān),,凈光合速率( Pn)與胞間CO2 濃度( Ci)呈負(fù)相關(guān)。Abstract: There existed a close correlation between photosynthetic characters of tobacco and its genotypes.The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of N.rustica L. 93- 1 was higher than that of flue- cured tobacco and sun- cured tobacco(N. tobacum L. ). There also existed differences among different cultivated varieties of N.tobacum L.. The net photosynthetic rates of leading varieties, i. e. K326 and Yunyan 87 were higher and both were fine parent materials. The correlation analysis of photosynthetic characters among different tobacco genotypes showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance,transpiration rate. However, there was a negative correlation between Pn and intercellular concentration of CO2 .
