降煙堿節(jié)桿菌發(fā)酵條件研究

摘要: 在12 種發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基、不同溫度,、pH 和培養(yǎng)時間條件下, 對細菌生長能力和降煙堿能力進行測定, 初步篩選出適宜4# 菌株生長的為11 號培養(yǎng)基, 在5 號,、7 號、9 號培養(yǎng)基中4# 菌株降煙堿能力強; 適宜9# 菌株生長的為8號培養(yǎng)基, 在7 號,、9 號,、11 號、12 號培養(yǎng)基中9# 菌株的降煙堿能力較強,。適宜4# 和9# 的培養(yǎng)條件分別為30℃,、pH6.5,、48 h 和35℃、pH 6.5,、56 h,。Abstract: Effects of twelve fermentation media, temperature, pH and culturing time on nicotine degradationby bacteria strain 4 # and 9#were studied. Results showed that 11# medium was suitable for the growth of strain4#, and 5#, 7# and 9# medium were suitable for nicotine degradation. Suitable medium for growth of strain 9# was8# medium, and the ability to degrade nicotine was higher in medium 7#, 9#, 11# and 12#. Suitable culturing conditions for strain 4 # and 9# were at 30℃, pH 6.5,48h and 35℃, pH 6.5, 56h respectively.
