南雄優(yōu)質(zhì)曬黃煙品質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)研究

Study on the Quality Evaluation of Nanxiong Sun- cured Tobacco

摘要: 通過(guò)對(duì)南雄曬黃煙的65 個(gè)樣品進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià), 結(jié)果表明, 南雄曬黃煙顏色基本在金黃- 正黃色域, 成熟度較好, 油分有- 較多, 葉片結(jié)構(gòu)尚細(xì)致, 光澤尚鮮亮- 鮮亮, 色澤較均勻, 身份尚適中- 適中,?；瘜W(xué)成分含量適宜, 比較協(xié)調(diào)。致香物質(zhì)總量略高于烤煙, 含有10 余種特有香氣成分, 香型似烤煙, 香氣足, 勁頭適中, 余味舒適, 燃燒性較強(qiáng), 灰色白, 質(zhì)量檔次較好- 好,。有較好的使用價(jià)值, 適宜用于“ 中式卷煙”的特色原料,。

Abstract: The quality of 65 samples of Nanxiong sun- cured tobacco was evaluated. The results showed that the range of leaf color was from golden to yellow, maturity was ripe, oil was oily and rich, leaf structure was firm,the range of color shade was from clear to fresh, the range of body was from flesh to medium, the contents of principal chemical elements of tobacco leaves were reasonable and better matched, the amounts of main flavor components were a little higher than that in flue- cured tobacco and over ten special flavor components were also determined which were not determined in flue- cured tobacco, and odor was similar to flue- cured tobacco. The range of the quality was from better to good. They could be used as characteristic material for making“ Chinese style cigarette.
