工商交接備貨煙葉等級質(zhì)量分析

摘要: 本文根據(jù)全國煙葉工商交接等級質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢查資料對商業(yè)備貨煙葉等級質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行了分析,。結(jié)果表明,不同備貨單位間等級質(zhì)量有很大差異, 而且商業(yè)企業(yè)備貨的煙葉等級質(zhì)量決定工商交接煙葉等級合格率的高低。等級質(zhì)量問題分析表明, 備貨煙葉等級合格率不高的主要原因是存在混部位,、混顏色,、混等級等現(xiàn)象。在原等級中混低的比例遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于混高的比例, 調(diào)撥量大,、價(jià)格較高的煙葉等級合格率較低, 中部煙葉等級合格率顯著低于上部和下部,。本文對提高煙葉等級質(zhì)量也提出了有關(guān)建議。Abstract: The stock- tobacco grade quality was analyzed using sampling data from supervision of grade quality of countrywide flue- cured tobaccos during business- deal period in 2005. The results indicated that the grade quality of stock- tobacco in a corporation governed the qualification rate of the leaf grade of the industry- commerce deal, although there was significant difference of the tobacco grade quality among various enterprises. Analysis of the component of the origin grades illustrated that a main problem of the low qualified rate of the stock- tobacco was a widespread existence of the mutual confusion of leaves among positions from the plant, among colors, and among grades. In origin grade, the proportion of the mixed low- quality- grade leaves was far higher than that of the high- quality- grade leaves mixed. Moreover, the eligible percentage of the tobacco grade was low for leaf grades with large purchase quantity or high price, while the qualification rate of leaves from the middle portion of the plant was quite lower than that of the tobacco from the upper and lower portion. Some suggestions were made for improving grade quality of tobacco.
